The property at 421 Alakawa Street on Oahu includes an approximately 130,000-square-foot building and an adjoining two-story parking structure with more than 600 spaces. Benderson Development said the acquisition expands its footprint to 41 states, with a portfolio exceeding 1,000 properties and 58 million square feet.
