BeOne Medicines reached a voluntary onshoring agreement with the U.S. government tied to expanded access for oncology medicines.
The deal secures an exemption from Section 232 pharmaceutical tariffs, citing the company’s ongoing U.S. manufacturing investment.
BeOne recently disclosed a USD 300 million onshoring expansion in Hopewell, New Jersey, lifting total U.S. manufacturing investment above USD 1 billion.
The company also committed to price future FDA-approved products in line with other key developed markets under the GENEROUS Medicaid model.
