2. Lung cancer programs
BeOne presented BGB-58067 data showing activity against MTAP-deficient non-small cell lung cancer, including brain metastases. BG-C477 showed tumor responses in previously treated lung cancer with high CEA expression; updated results are scheduled for October 26. Both programs are expected to advance toward late-stage development in 2027.
