Berkshire Hathaway-owned AltaLink amended its internal reorganization plan, adjusting timing and execution steps while keeping the overall structure intact.
The reorganization still positions AltaLink Ltd. as the regulated transmission utility, holding all assets and liabilities currently at AltaLink, L.P.
Court hearing for a final order remains scheduled for Sept. 4, 2026, with completion still targeted for Q4 2026.
