FlightSafety to acquire Acron Technologies unit
Berkshire Hathaway’s FlightSafety International, a Berkshire Hathaway unit, signed a definitive agreement to buy Acron Technologies’ Commercial Training Solutions business.
The deal expands FlightSafety’s commercial aviation training and simulator manufacturing footprint across the U.S., U.K., and Thailand.
CTS has delivered more than 850 training devices, including over 300 full-flight simulators currently operating worldwide.
The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
