Bertelsmann FY26 H1 group profit jumps 45% to €292 million; revenue rises 2.3% to €9.3 billion

Operating EBITDA adjusted climbed 4.9% to €1.31 billion, and the margin widened 0.3 percentage points to 14.1%.
Group profit jumped 45% to €292 million.
RTL Deutschland completed the acquisition of Sky Deutschland; combined paying subscribers total about 12,400,000.
Management raised its 2026 outlook, citing Sky consolidation from June 1 and the expected BMG-Concord deal close in Q3 2026.
