Vishal Garg launched a consent solicitation at Better Home & Finance to remove five directors ahead of an Oct. 2, 2026 deadline.
The campaign urges shareholders to sign the GREEN CONSENT CARD backing the removals of Daniel Lewis, Harit Talwar and Arnaud Massenet.
Proposals also target Bhaskar Menon and Prabhu Narasimhan, aiming to give Garg a larger role at the company.
