BETR•Founder Vishal Garg said he will honor a shareholder consent vote seeking to remove five directors after it received more than 50% support, pending confirmation by an election inspector.

Garg said the inspector’s confirmation is expected within 24 hours of votes being delivered at 2:11 p.m. yesterday. Directors deemed removed agreed to refrain from corporate actions during the interim period.
