- Krishnaswamy most recently served as chief commercial officer for North America at ofi, following senior leadership roles running its global spices business.
- Interim chief transformation officer John Boken will stop performing chief operating officer duties when Krishnaswamy begins full-time work on Sept. 30.
- Ethan Brown was appointed a Class III director with a term expiring in 2028, filling the seat vacated by Raphael Thomas Wallander’s May 28 resignation.
- Brown is Beyond Meat’s founder and has served as president and CEO since 2009, returning to the board after stepping off in October 2025.
