BYND•John Boken will step down as Beyond Meat’s interim chief transformation officer effective Oct. 7, 2026. Brijesh Krishnaswamy is set to become full-time chief operating officer on Sept. 30, 2026, and assume Boken’s transformation duties.

Boken will stop serving as interim chief operating officer on Sept. 30, 2026, and step down as interim chief transformation officer effective Oct. 7. Krishnaswamy, who is scheduled to begin part-time on Aug. 24, will move to the full-time COO role on Sept. 30 and take on Boken’s transformation duties; other remaining responsibilities will shift to senior leaders.
