Court approves internal reorganization
Berkshire Hathaway unit BHE AltaLink secured a Court of King’s Bench order clearing its internal reorganization.
Closing is targeted for Oct. 1, 2026, subject to remaining conditions in the arrangement agreement.
AltaLink Ltd. will replace AltaLink, L.P. as the regulated transmission utility, assuming ALP’s assets and liabilities.
