Vesting begins with 25% after one year, then continues in 12 equal quarterly installments, subject to continued service.
Inducement stock options granted to two new hires
Bicara Therapeutics said it granted inducement stock options covering 380,575 shares to two new hires under its 2026 Inducement Plan.
The company said the grants included an option for 275,000 shares for newly appointed Chief Legal Officer Gregory Shiferman.
