BGDE•LOI for Texas AI infrastructure campus
Big Digital Energy disclosed an LOI between its 50/50 venture Texas Load House and Tensor IQ for an AI infrastructure campus in Hood County, Texas.
The framework targets up to 17 MW of gross power capacity for Tensor IQ, with an initial build planned for 7,748 Nvidia B300 GPUs.
Indicative terms imply about $546 million of aggregate power-lease-related revenue over 15 years, assuming full utilization and 3% annual escalation.
Two five-year extensions could lift total lease-related revenue to about $1.07 billion over 25 years on similar indicative terms.
Project planning targets in-service availability in Q2 2027, subject to design, financing, approvals, and definitive agreements.
