Big Sky Industrial posted a GAAP net loss of USD 2.3 million, narrowing from USD 6.1 million a year earlier; GAAP loss per share improved to USD 0.04.
Revenue rose 5.23% to USD 2.1 million, as higher realized oil prices offset lower volumes; production fell to 33,747 BOE from 48,816 BOE.
Adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to USD 949,000 from USD 1.29 million, while lease operating expense fell to USD 995,000 from USD 1.52 million.
Carbon hub project stays on schedule and helium deal signed
Phase 1 Big Sky Carbon Hub construction stayed on schedule, with commercial operations and first revenue still targeted for first-quarter 2027.
The company also signed a five-year, 100% take-or-pay helium offtake at a fixed USD 285 per Mcf plant-gate price; MRV applications remained in active EPA review.
