Big Tree Cloud appoints Yu Guo independent director after Jiahe Liao resignation

Guo has been managing partner and director at Tiancheng Huaxin (Guangdong) Tax Advisory since December 2023.
He has been a partner at Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants since January 2023, with prior tax advisory partnership experience from 2017 to 2023.
Yu Guo appointed to board and committees
Big Tree Cloud named Yu Guo as an independent director on July 20, 2026, filling a vacancy created by Jiahe Liao’s resignation.
Liao stepped down from the board and all committees, effective immediately, citing no disagreement with management or the board.
Guo became audit committee chair, joining the nominating and corporate governance committee, plus the compensation committee.
