Bilibili prices unregistered sale of 6,976,760 shares at HK$ 115.38 each
BILI•Bilibili and Tencent complete unregistered share sale
- Bilibili priced a concurrent offshore placement of 6,976,760 borrowed Class Z ordinary shares at HK$115.38 each.
- Tencent also sold 26,374,900 Class Z ordinary shares at HK$115.38 in the same unregistered offering.
- No new shares were issued in the placement. Proceeds went to Tencent from its secondary sale.
- Shares were offered to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S. Securities were not registered under the Securities Act.
