Bimini Capital Q2 FY26 net income rises to $0.4 million; revenue climbs to $6.8 million

Q2 results and revenue growth
Bimini Capital Management posted Q2 net income of $0.4 million, or $0.04 a share, up from $0.04 million a year earlier.
Advisory services revenue climbed 78.6% to $6.8 million, helped by TJIM’s $1.7 million contribution and higher Orchid management fees.
Portfolio changes, expenses and book value
Interest and dividend income fell 76.4% to $422,082 as Bimini liquidated most of its MBS portfolio in Q1 to fund the TJIM acquisition.
Operating expenses rose to $4.8 million from $2.8 million, including $0.9 million of acquisition-related costs; book value per share edged up to $1.38.
