BingEx Secures HLID Support to Deploy Five Drone Sites and 14 Routes

BingEx’s FlashEx subsidiary signed a strategic agreement with Hangzhou Low-Altitude Industry Development, enabling rollout of drone delivery across five takeoff sites and 14 routes in three districts after 2,900 flights and 3,500 orders. The partnership aims to integrate aerial transport with ground logistics for faster, safer intra-city deliveries.

1. Strategic Investment Agreement

FlashEx, the on-demand courier arm of BingEx, entered a strategic investment agreement with Hangzhou Low-Altitude Industry Development Co., Ltd., becoming one of the first city delivery firms to gain municipal low-altitude logistics backing in Hangzhou.

2. Drone Delivery Deployment

By the end of April 2026, FlashEx and its Hangzhou partners established five drone takeoff and landing sites and 14 aerial routes across Yuhang, Shangcheng and Gongshu districts, completing approximately 3,500 paid orders over nearly 2,900 flights with a 100% safety record.

3. Integrated Logistics Network

Building on its one-rider, one-order model and real-time fulfillment infrastructure, FlashEx will combine rapid aerial transport with existing ground delivery capabilities using intelligent dispatching, route optimization and autonomous solutions to enhance efficiency and service scope.
