Bio Green Med Solution posted a net loss of $405,000 for Q2 ended June 30, 2026, narrowing from $1.32 million a year earlier.
Operating loss narrowed to $418,000 from $1.25 million, as general and administrative expenses fell by about $700,000 to $497,000.
Revenue, cash position and financing update
Revenue was $336,000 from fire safety product sales, with cost of sales of $257,000 for a gross margin of about 23%.
Cash and cash equivalents rose to $3.79 million at quarter-end from $3.51 million at Dec. 31, 2025; operating cash outflow was $400,000.
The company also signed a Business Combination Agreement with Future NRG and agreed to sell 1,103,338 shares at $0.72 for $794,403 in gross proceeds.
