BIO-key International announces annual shareholder meeting

BIO-key International will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Holmdel, New Jersey on Sept. 3, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect five directors to one-year terms running to the 2027 annual meeting.
The meeting agenda also includes ratifying M&K CPAs as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
A non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation is also scheduled.
