Japan clears Orladeyo for pediatric hereditary angioedema prevention
BioCryst said Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has granted marketing clearance for once-daily Orladeyo to prevent hereditary angioedema attacks in children aged 2 to <12.
The approval broadens access in Japan to what BioCryst described as the first oral prophylactic option for this age group.
