- BioForce NanoScience created an advisory board on May 19, 2026, appointing private investor and former 3Point Capital Partners CEO Stuart Yarbrough.
- Edward Mathias joined the advisory board; he is a senior advisor to Carlyle, former Carlyle executive, former T. Rowe Price management committee member.
- Scott Mager was appointed general counsel on May 19, 2026; he is a corporate attorney and trial lawyer licensed in multiple states.
- Mager also joined the board on June 15, 2026.
- Richard Kaiser was named interim CEO on June 17, 2026; he has been an officer and director since July 1, 2013.
