Biohaven enrolls patients in Phase 3 trial of BHV-1300 for Graves' disease
BHVN•Biohaven is enrolling about 300 adults at more than 55 US and Canadian sites in a placebo-controlled Phase 3 trial of BHV-1300 for Graves' disease. The study will assess normal thyroid function at week 26 without antithyroid drugs.

The pivotal study is enrolling approximately 300 adults at more than 55 sites in the United States and Canada. Its primary assessment is normal thyroid function at week 26 without antithyroid drugs.
2. Earlier results and licensing
Biohaven said earlier Phase 1b results showed reduced disease-driving autoantibodies and normalized thyroid hormones in patients who remained hyperthyroid despite antithyroid treatment. In October 2026, Ono Pharmaceutical licensed the MoDE portfolio in selected Asian markets for $80 million upfront, plus additional milestone payments and royalties.
