Biohaven licenses MoDE IgG degrader portfolio to Ono Pharma in Asia for up to $100 million
BHVN•Biohaven signed a regional licensing deal with Ono Pharma covering Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN, with up to $100 million in near-term consideration, including $80 million upfront and a $20 million milestone expected within one year.
1. Deal terms
Biohaven will receive royalties of about 20% on Ono Pharma’s net sales in the licensed territory. The agreement covers lead asset BHV-1300, which is in Phase 3 for Graves’ disease, and follow-on candidates BHV-1310 and BHV-1320.
2. Rights retained
Biohaven retains rights to the portfolio outside the licensed territory, including the United States, Europe and China.
