Jury verdict over alleged trade secret misappropriation
Biohaven won a U.S. federal jury verdict in Delaware against Avilar Therapeutics and RA Capital over alleged misappropriation of Yale’s MODA platform trade secret.
The jury found willful, malicious trade secret misappropriation and found RA Capital breached a 2019 confidentiality agreement with Yale.
