Revenue held at USD 0.3 million, little changed from the prior-year quarter.
Expense trends and cash position
R&D expense rose 26.5% to USD 2.9 million, driven mainly by GLIX1 costs and partly offset by lower motixafortide spending.
G&A expense more than quadrupled to USD 0.9 million, reflecting a prior-year USD 0.8 million reversal of a doubtful-accounts provision.
Cash and equivalents totaled USD 13.1 million at June 30; management reiterated runway guidance into the first half of 2027.
