Bion Environmental adds lead director role in bylaw amendments

Bion Environmental Technologies amended its bylaws to create a new Lead Director role, effective July 1, 2026.
The Lead Director is to work with the CEO on business strategy, key negotiations, shareholder relations, and other business relationship management.
The role carries an extra annual retainer of USD 25,000, paid in common stock under the same terms as director retainers.
No individual had been designated as Lead Director as of Aug. 12, 2026.
