BioNTech and DualityBio announce topline results of global Phase 3 breast cancer trial

The companies announced topline results from the global DYNASTY-BREAST02 Phase 3 trial evaluating trastuzumab pamirtecan in HR+/HER2-low metastatic breast cancer. The treatment showed a modest progression-free survival improvement versus chemotherapy; interim overall-survival data were not mature, and a higher rate of interstitial lung disease was reported.
