BioNTech raises FY2026 revenue guidance midpoint to €1.7–1.9 billion
BNTX•BNTX•BNTX•BNTX•BioNTech raised its FY2026 revenue guidance midpoint to a range of €1.7–1.9 billion and entered a share repurchase program for up to $1 billion in ADSs through May 2027. Q3 revenue was €1,289.2 million and net income was €184.5 million.
BioNTech reported Q3 EPS of €0.73, revenue of €1,289.2 million and net income of €184.5 million. It raised its FY2026 revenue guidance midpoint to a range of €1.7–1.9 billion and entered a share repurchase program for up to $1 billion in ADSs until May 2027. Q3 adjusted net profit was €440.90 million, while year-to-date 2026 adjusted net loss was €615.90 million.
Since the start of its share buyback program, BioNTech had repurchased 5,037,452 ADSs at an average price of $91.98 (€80.10), for total consideration of $463.3 million (€403.5 million).
