Resignation and severance dispute
BioRestorative Therapies received the immediate resignation of Silva as vice president of research and development on Sept. 4, 2026.
Silva also resigned from any other officer roles he held at the company.
The board acknowledged the resignation for corporate-records and disclosure purposes, while disputing claims tied to the departure.
