Bioscience Health Innovations Q2 FY26 turns to net loss of $185,753; revenue falls to $1.04 million

Bioscience Health Innovations posted a net loss of $185,753 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, swinging from net income of $457,704 a year earlier.
Revenue fell 41.02% to $1,036,364 on sales-channel and marketing changes, increased competition, and a rescheduled co-brand order.
Operating expenses rose 42.24% to $877,365, driven by senior-exchange application work, higher marketing, added R&D, wage increases, and accounting-system upgrades.
First-half loss widens as management cites cash and financing plans
For the first half, net loss widened to $415,660 from net income of $884,502, while revenue dropped 38.25% to $1.79 million.
Management said it ended June with $712,378 in cash, completed a $1 Regulation A round, and is pursuing an uplisting while seeking up to $5 million at $4.5 per share.
