The required deal must either repay all loans and other obligations under the Credit Agreement or deliver an alternative capital solutions transaction.

Credit agreement amended and deadline extended

BioXcel Therapeutics entered a Thirteenth Amendment to its April 19, 2022 Credit Agreement with lenders led by Oaktree Fund Administration.

The amendment extends a deadline to Aug. 28, 2026 from Aug. 21, 2026 to sign lender-approved definitive transaction agreements.
