Birkenstock FY26 Q3 net profit falls 15% to EUR 109.58 million; revenue rises 13% to EUR 719.53 million

Guidance was raised for FY26: revenue growth of 15% in constant currency, adjusted EBITDA of at least EUR 710 million, and the tax rate outlook lifted to 30%–31%.
Margins and adjusted EBITDA
Gross profit margin narrowed 1.4 percentage points to 59.1% on unfavorable currency translation, incremental U.S. tariffs, and product mix.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) rose 11% to EUR 242.49 million, with margin down 0.7 percentage points to 33.7%.
Q3 revenue rises while net profit falls
Birkenstock posted fiscal Q3 revenue of EUR 720 million, up 13% year-over-year, while net profit fell 15% to EUR 109.58 million.
EPS slipped 13% to EUR 0.60, mainly due to EUR 22 million of non-recurring, non-cash refinancing and accelerated share repurchase costs.
