Birks FY26 net loss narrows to C$3.4 million; net sales rise 15.5% to C$205.4 million

• Birks Group posted a fiscal 2026 net loss of CAD 3.4 million, or CAD 0.17 per share, narrowing from CAD 12.8 million, or CAD 0.66 per share.
• Net sales rose 15.5% to CAD 205.4 million; comparable store sales increased 2.6%.
• Operating income turned positive at CAD 3.1 million from an operating loss; adjusted EBITDA increased to CAD 12.9 million from CAD 9.2 million.
• Gross profit climbed to CAD 79.2 million, lifting gross margin 1.2 percentage points to 38.5% on a foreign exchange gain.

Executive Chairman and interim CEO Niccolò Rossi di Montelera cited the integration of the European Boutique business. The company also said it plans a Birks mono-brand Vancouver store for fall 2026.
