Birks Group announces annual shareholder meeting

Birks Group will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Montreal on Sept. 17, 2026.
Shareholders will receive the consolidated financial statements for fiscal 2026, including the auditor’s report.
Votes are scheduled on electing five directors for the next term.
Appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditor is up for approval, including authorization for directors to set auditor remuneration.
