Bit Origin filed an amended Form 6-K to update its proxy materials for an Aug. 11, 2026 extraordinary general meeting in Singapore.
Shareholders will vote on a proposed rebrand to Sangrix Inc. and a jump in authorized share capital to US$60 million.
The agenda also includes a 5-for-1 share consolidation effective Aug. 21, 2026, aimed at supporting Nasdaq’s US$1 minimum bid requirement.
The company reported 4,068,548 Class A shares and 92,411 Class B shares outstanding as of the July 28, 2026 record date.
