Bit Origin names Mei Ting Yeung audit committee chair, adds Wei Li to board

Bit Origin said Mei Ting Yeung is the sister of departing director Mei Yeung.
New appointments to the board
Mei Ting Yeung was appointed director and becomes audit committee chair. She is a senior accounting manager at Audio Video Invasion.
Wei Li was also appointed director. He founded Crestwave Capital and previously led Mainnet Capital as CEO and director.
Board reshuffle and resignations
Bit Origin reshaped its board on July 10, 2026, with directors Mei Yeung and Siyuan Zhuang resigning effective immediately.
The company said the departures were not tied to any disagreements over operations, policies, or procedures.
