Bitdeer Technologies Group contracted about 50% of its 9.5MW A102 AI cloud facility under a 5-year offtake commitment.
Total expected revenue from the contract is about $400 million; services are scheduled to start in Q1 2027.
Customer prepayments are expected to cover more than 50% of related capital expenditure under Bitdeer’s standard contract structure.
A102 is in Malaysia and is designed for rack-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 deployments.
Bitdeer targets up to 350MW of AI cloud data center capacity by Q1 2028; the active AI cloud pipeline exceeds $2 billion.
