The collaboration leverages Butterfinger’s 100-year legacy to boost seasonal dessert sales and drive guest traffic across BJ’s 31-state footprint.

The Huntington Beach–based casual dining chain will showcase its growth strategy, operational highlights and same‐store sales trends to an audience of institutional investors. Management expects to discuss the rollout of its new restaurant prototypes, digital ordering initiatives that drove 18% year‐over‐year growth in off-premises sales during fiscal Q3 2025, and margin expansion targets. 2. Launch of Butterfinger® Pizookie® Elevates Seasonal Dessert Lineup

Beginning January 8, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse introduces the Butterfinger® Pizookie®, featuring a freshly baked chocolate cookie base topped with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, a chocolate shell and generous Butterfinger® pieces. This latest seasonal offering marks BJ’s 10th national candy collaboration since 2018 and is expected to boost average check by approximately 4% during Q1. Senior Vice President of Marketing Heidi Rogers highlighted that the Pizookie® franchise already contributes 12% of total dessert sales, and partnering with Butterfinger®—celebrating its centennial—reinforces BJ’s commitment to menu innovation and driving customer frequency during traditionally slower winter months.
