BJ's Introduces Biscoff Pizookie at 200+ Locations Starting April 30
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse will roll out a Biscoff® Pizookie® nationwide at over 200 locations beginning April 30, featuring a sugar cookie base, vanilla bean ice cream, cookie butter drizzle and Biscoff® crumbles. The chain also reinstates its Dubai Chocolate Pizookie® for a limited spring menu boost.
1. Biscoff Pizookie Debut
Beginning April 30, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse will feature the Biscoff® Pizookie® across its more than 200 restaurants. The new dessert combines a freshly baked sugar cookie with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, finished with a cookie butter drizzle, Biscoff® crumbles and a whole Biscoff® cookie.
2. Dubai Chocolate Pizookie Returns
Also launching on April 30, the Dubai Chocolate Pizookie® returns for a limited time, featuring Ghirardelli® chocolate chunks, rich vanilla bean ice cream, a crackable chocolate shell, silky pistachio sauce and toasted kataifi for spring celebrations.
