Circle reported Q2 2026 revenue and reserve income of USD 701 million, with reserve income of USD 668 million representing about 95% of the total.
Net income from continuing operations was USD 48 million, while adjusted EBITDA was USD 143 million.
Circle said USDC circulation rose 19% year over year to USD 73.3 billion at quarter-end, while quarterly onchain transaction volume more than doubled to USD 14.8 trillion.
Circle Payments Network annualized transaction volume climbed 76% quarter over quarter to USD 14.7 billion, with enrolled financial institutions increasing 29% sequentially to 175.
Circle also said Arc’s public mainnet is planned for Sept. 16, 2026, with more than 100 builders preparing applications and an initial validator cohort that includes BlackRock, DTCC, Mastercard and Visa.
