Blackbaud names EVP Anthony Boor to board of directors

Blackbaud appointed Anthony W. Boor to its board on Aug. 5, 2026 as a Class A director, with a term running to the 2029 annual meeting.
Boor's current and prior roles
Boor is executive vice president of corporate development and strategy.
He previously served as Blackbaud’s CFO from 2011 to 2025, including a stint as interim CEO in 2013-2014.
Before Blackbaud, he held senior finance roles at Brightpoint, including executive vice president and CFO.
