BlackLine engaged founder and board member Therese Tucker under an executive consulting agreement effective July 31, 2026.
Tucker will provide business advisory and consulting services following her retirement from full-time employment effective June 2, 2026.
Either party can end the arrangement with 30 days’ written notice.
