BlackRock’s voting rights tied to shares moved above 3% to 3.01% on July 17, then fell below 3% to 2.92% on July 20. The stake rose again to 3.03% on July 21, then slipped to 2.96% on July 22.
Total voting rights including financial instruments ranged from 3.06% to 3.17% over the period.
