BlackRock lifts ChemoMetec voting rights stake to 15.08%

BlackRock raised its voting rights stake in ChemoMetec to 15.08% on Sept. 29, up from a previously disclosed total position of 13.03% on Aug. 28.

BlackRock’s 15.08% stake consisted entirely of voting rights attached to shares, with no voting rights held through financial instruments. The increase crossed the 15% disclosure threshold.
