BlackRock reports higher EPS, revenue and assets under management
BlackRock posted Q2 2026 diluted EPS of $12.19, up 20% year-over-year, as revenue rose 31% to $7.08 billion.
Operating income climbed 42% to $2.46 billion, lifting the operating margin by 2.8 percentage points to 34.7%.
Assets under management increased 22% to $15.34 trillion, with total net flows of $191.7 billion.
Technology services and subscription revenue increased 13% to $566 million; investment advisory performance fees rose to $305 million from $94 million.
BlackRock repurchased $450 million of shares, raised planned quarterly buybacks to $550 million, and increased planned 2026 repurchases to $2 billion.
