TCPC•BlackRock TCP Capital said Patrick Wolfe will resign as COO effective December 18, 2026, and Dan Worrell will take over as COO that day while continuing as company president.

BlackRock TCP Capital said in an SEC filing that Patrick Wolfe will resign as COO effective December 18, 2026. Dan Worrell will become COO effective the same date and continue as president of the company, BDLC and BDEBT.
