BlackRock briefly crossed the 5% voting-rights threshold in Bureau Veritas, reaching 5.03% on June 15, 2026.
It held 29,136,560 shares, equal to 6.42% of share capital, before trimming the stake.
By June 17, 2026, BlackRock fell back below 5% voting rights to 4.97%, holding 28,780,267 shares or 6.34% of capital.
