BlackRock trims Zalando stake to 5.33% from 5.36%
BLK•BlackRock reduced its aggregate voting stake in Zalando to 5.33% on Oct. 1 from 5.36% previously.

BlackRock’s equity voting rights rose to 5.01% from 4.98%, while voting rights via instruments fell to 0.32% from 0.38%. Lent Securities, with the right to recall, accounted for 0.11%.
