BlackRock disclosed two stake changes, briefly dipping below 3% of voting rights on Aug. 3 before moving back above 3% on Aug. 4.
Total voting rights held via shares and equivalent instruments stood at 519,791, or 3.46%, based on 15,026,370 shares outstanding.
